Gender Language Policy

Let’sTalk40+ recognises gender diversity and acknowledges that some individuals who undergo menopause do not identify as women. We are committed to inclusion and respect for our GPs, staff, the patients we treat and the wider community.

In our publications, presentations, printed and digital materials, Let’sTalk40+ uses the word “woman” (and the pronouns “she” and “her”) to refer to all individuals in the context of discussion of menopause.
